General Dietary was one of the first “Free-From” companies in the UK when established in 1983. In fact, we were the first to introduce into the UK a range of completely wheat-free, milk-free, soya-free and gluten-free ready baked sliced breads. Our aim is to provide a wide range of Free-From foods that are wholesome, nutritious, delicious, and risk free. We are constantly responding to the demand for special diets with research and innovation, providing products that are convenient and easy to use. We not only offer products that are completely free from gluten, wheat and milk, but also have products free from soya, yeast and egg. There are also products for low protein diets including phenylketonuria (pku). Additionally, all of our products are free of peanuts and tree nuts. They are suitable for vegetarians and are also certified kosher. Our products are available in Sainsbury’s and most leading health food stores.
